Skewers of swordfish marinated in olive oil and lavender with crisp pancetta and parsley pesto (g)

A variety of seasonal cured meats and regional cheeses served with house made pickles, whole grain mustard, Esselon Farm crab apple butter and toasted crostini


Fennel and Pickled Radish Salad
Shaved fennel and pickled watermelon radish with organic mixed greens, toasted walnuts and house made farmers cheese tossed with chai spiced kefir dressing (g)

Slow braised beef with locally foraged wild mushrooms, onions, carrots and fresh herbs over pappardelle egg noodles topped with house made farmers cheese

Pan Seared Duck Breast with Candied Figs
Pan roasted duck breast topped with white wine and honey candied figs, whipped Hadley sweet potatoes and sautéed greens (g)

Crispy Skin Salmon with Moroccan Chickpea Stew
Seared salmon with crispy skin served over Moroccan spiced chickpea stew and charred orange (g)

Cippolini Onion, Bacon and Vermont Goat Cheese Pizza
Esselon marinara, caramelized cippolini onions, applewood smoked bacon, roasted tomatoes, Vermont Goat cheese and burnt orange infused honey
