Preparation:

  • 4 grams of tea leaves
  • 8 oz. water at 195°F
  • 1st infusion 1 minute,
    2nd infusion 20 seconds,
    3rd infusion 50 seconds,
    subsequent infusions about 2 minutes

This lovely rolled oolong comes from Taiwan and offers a nice jade infusion.  It has a lovely brisk flavor with a fruity tone.
