Preparation:

  • 5 grams of tea leaves
  • 4 oz. water at 212°F
  • Brew for 20 seconds
  • Up to 10 steepings

This oolong is a Phoenix Dancong Oolong and is one of our favorites.  These leaves are harvested from wild tea bushes and offer a wonderful cup of tea.  It has a strong honey and floral aroma with a sweet and fruity taste that stays on the palate long after you have finished your cup of tea!

The Mi Lan Xiang (Honey Orchid Fragrance) Phoenix Dancong belongs to the honey aroma category. It was made of the tealeaves picked from the Shui Xian tea trees in the Wudong mountain. It has the honey and floral aroma, delicate taste, sweet aftertaste.
