Entner-Stuart Premium syrups were created in Peekskill New York in 1922 by Abe Entner, using only the best ingredients. Today his grandson continues the family tradition in Oregon, micro-brewing these delicious syrups by hand in custom designed kettles.
No artificial flavors or coloring agents are added to the original line of micro-brewed flavored syrups. All of Entner-Stuart’s flavored syrups are sweetened with 100% pure Hawaiian evaporated cane juice. During syrup production, the experienced and highly trained bottling team micro-brew each batch by hand in custom designed kettles to ensure each syrups’ true, fresh, old-fashioned flavor.
For each ingredient used during formulation, accuracy is measured to within one-thousandth of an ounce and, after gentle uniform heating, the kettle temperature is precisely regulated during brewing to within one degree.
