Vermont Pork Rillette
Horseradish and apple mostarda, garlic crostini

Regional Cheese and Olive Board

Pumpkin Bolognese
House fennel sausage, pappardelle, Plainville Farm sugar pumpkin, cream, herbs, white wine

Aged Salami and Mozzarella Pizza
Red wine and garlic salami, Red Fire farm tomato puree, Vermont mozzarella, parmesan, basil
