This is truly a unique tea and a wonderful gateway to the pu-erh variety. It is made by using Yunnan Silver Needle white tea but by processing it like raw pu-erh. It gives us a sweet malty flavor.
We suggest 8 grams of tea with 10 ounces of water at 212°F. Fill the vessel until the tea is covered or 1/3 of it’s capacity. Let the tea absorb the water for about one minute. Then fill the remainder of the vessel with boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
